With a doctorate in communication science and as the author of 12 books on personal development, leadership and communication, Henk draws on his depth of insight from research and practice to serve clients. He has twenty years of experience in developing leadership teams and coaching executives and entrepreneurs internationally.

Eden is a deeply respected Board and system change facilitator with a track record of creating breakthroughs. His clients include the NHS, armed forces, NGO’s, financial services, energy sector, government, including culture change work at number 10 Downing Street at a critical moment in British political life.


James has a depth of capability and experience in senior leadership development, creating personal breakthroughs, and facilitating change in challenging contexts. His diverse professional background, MSc in leadership and multi sector experience help him bring a unique perspective to client challenges.

Jem has extensive experience as a coach and thinking partner to senior leaders and teams. With an MSc in People & Organisational Development and registered with the British Psychological Society he’s accredited in a range of psychometric tools, including MBTI Step I and II, FIRO-B, Hogan and the EI Profile.
