Alexander Pett
Alexander leads River and works primarily with Chair’s and CEOs across multiple sectors supporting Board, senior team, and organisational effectiveness. A former Head of Leadership in two FTSE 100 organisations, he has 26 years of experience in leadership development and change.
Mirjam Altena
Mirjam’s unique blend of international experience, significant depth in the psychology of team performance, lean management thinking —shaped by training at Toyota Management in Japan—, enable her to deliver vibrant, impactful consulting and development that enables teams to thrive within complex and dynamic business environments.
Dr Henk Stoorvogal
With a doctorate in communication science and as the author of 12 books on personal development, leadership and communication, Henk draws on his depth of insight from research and practice to serve clients. He has twenty years of experience in developing leadership teams and coaching executives and entrepreneurs internationally.
Dr Eden Charles
Eden is a deeply respected Board and system change facilitator with a track record of creating breakthroughs. His clients include the NHS, armed forces, NGO’s, financial services, energy sector, government, including culture change work at number 10 Downing Street at a critical moment in British political life.
James Ray
James has a depth of capability and experience in senior leadership development, creating personal breakthroughs, and facilitating change in challenging contexts. His diverse professional background, MSc in leadership and multi sector experience help him bring a unique perspective to client challenges.
Jem Peel
Jem has extensive experience as a coach and thinking partner to senior leaders and teams. With an MSc in People & Organisational Development and registered with the British Psychological Society he’s accredited in a range of psychometric tools, including MBTI Step I and II, FIRO-B, Hogan and the EI Profile.
Jeremy Etherington
Jez is River’s ‘Head of Business’. His remit is to build a resilient & scalable business for the next growth phase of River Leadership, and to enable our clients, team, and partners to deliver great outcomes. Over the last 20 years he has successfully launched, led and grown several £multi-million consulting businesses.
